Yummy Veggie Puffs!
Ingredients:
Store bought Puff Pastry sheets
For the stuffing:
Potato onion masala
Method:
1. Fry onions, add jeera, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. When the onions are cooked, add boiled smashed potatoes and finally add coriander leaves and mix everything well.
2. Thaw the pastry sheet for 10 minutes. Then stuff each sheet with the stuffing, fold it. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
Hot puffs are ready to eat.

I guess u put this in Low fat section by mistake. How come this is Low fat... the puff pastry are high in fat..:)
ReplyDeleteyou can get low fat puff pastry. and if you are baking it, it's not as bad as frying.
