Gone nuts with Dates!



One of the easiest ways to get all the goodness of fruits and milk is by having milkshake or smoothie everyday for breakfast. It is very filling and satisfying. Date milkshake is not only healthy but als0 delicious.

Ingredients:
Dates-5
Almonds-a handful
Banana-1
Milk-2 glasses
Cardamom powder-a pinch(optional)

Method:
Blend everything together well and enjoy!

  7. Nice, I have a funny thing to share... we used to drink this at a juice shop in India, and they called this drink "Saddam's favorite". Probably becoz it has dates and almonds...
