Strawberry Power Shake-No sugar added


Here comes a healthy and filling breakfast shake. Measurements are approximate.
Ingredients:
Strawberries-2 cups
Milk-1.5 cups
Dates-10
Almonds-a handful
Saffron-for garnish(optional)

Method:
Blend everything to a smooth and creamy shake. Chill and serve.
If the shake is very thick, you may add some more milk.

    So vegas haan..good 4 you since you are so nearby..from my place its about 8 hours..we have been to vegas last Christmas..it was always fun when we go there..such a unique place on earth..

    Shake without sugar..surely a hit for my hubby..he doesn't like to put sugar in milk shakes but is a huge fan of desserts or sweets:):)

    Congrats for ur winning, Yes amazing color when u add strawberries, the color will red with milk. Alternatively, when u blend it with dates, it'll turn into Pink. Amazing, isnt it?
