Dear Friends, Wish you all a very Happy Valentine's day!
Here comes a very simple dessert that can me made in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Paneer(crumbled or grated)-1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk-1/4-1/3 cup(depending on your sweet tooth)
Cardamom-1/4 tsp
Saffron-a few sprigs
Powdered Pistachio(unsalted)-2 tbsp
Ghee-1 tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat ghee. Add rest of the ingredients.
Mix and stir well on low flame until the mixture becomes dry and forms a dough(takes approximately 10 minutes). Let it cool.
Shape them anyway you like.
Note:As this sweet is made of paneer, I suggest you refrigerate it if you want to keep it beyond a day.
