Bread Besan Toast - An alternative to plain bread toast!


This dish can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients:
Bread - 4(each cut into 2 pieces)

For the batter:
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Chopped onions - a handful
Chopped tomatoes - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillis
Salt
Water

Method:
Mix all ingredients except bread to make a batter(slightly thinner than dosa batter consistency).
Heat the pan. Dip each bread piece in the batter. Toast both sides till golden brown.
Serve with ketchup.

I usually add a little chopped capsicum to the batter as well...Gives a nice crunch...Just one suggestion...Why dont you take out a video when your making the food and upload it on youtube...and provide the links in your blog...It makes it really easy when we look at someone making the stuff. I'v picked up alot of recipes from youtube and they come out really well...Goodluck....
