    Thanks for letting me know about APFlour,Mahima.I know its not healthy,butwhole wheat pastry flour is not available here.Even it was not there in NJ,I just could get some white whole wheat flour which can be used instead of APF in certain baked items.I am still searching for some substitute here in Blore.
